How WITHIN Works
Circles are spaces of knowledge. Sessions are gatherings inside them. Hearts are how we say thank you.
Someone opens a Circle
A Circle is a space around something you know — a skill, a practice, a lived experience, a quiet lesson. No credentials required. No performance expected.
Sessions gather inside
Sharers schedule free Sessions within their Circles — online or in safe public spaces. Small, human, unhurried.
Fellows arrive and listen
Anyone can join a Session — no application, no payment, no pressure. Just curiosity and a willingness to show up.
Hearts are sent
After a Session, Fellows may send a Heart — not a rating or a score. A genuine word of thanks, offered freely.
The WITHIN Free Promise
Free means free. Every Circle and every Session on WITHIN must be completely free. No exceptions.

WITHIN is built on openness. Openness requires clear and held boundaries.
Meet safely
Online Sessions are recommended for first meetings. For in-person, meet only in safe public places — libraries, community centers, cafés. Never private homes for a first Session.
Protect your privacy
You do not need to share your full name, face, address, phone, or workplace. Face-free participation is welcome.
Share responsibly
Sessions are community knowledge-sharing spaces — not a replacement for professional advice. Be honest about what you know and what you don't.

Legal Terms & Platform Liability
§1. Sharer Responsibility
Every Sharer, by creating a Circle or Session on WITHIN, unconditionally agrees that they will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws — including but not limited to content regulations, data protection laws, and consumer protection rules. WITHIN Platform bears absolutely no legal liability for any content shared, advice given, injury caused, or dispute arising from any Circle or Session. All legal responsibility rests solely with the individual Sharer.
§2. Fellow (Participant) Responsibility
All participants (Fellows) who join a Session equally agree that they participate entirely at their own risk and volition. WITHIN is a free community platform — it does not verify professional qualifications, safety conditions, or the accuracy of shared content. WITHIN Platform is not liable for any outcome — physical, financial, psychological, or otherwise — resulting from participation in any Circle or Session. Participants must conduct their own due diligence before attending any in-person meeting.
§3. No Professional Advice
Content shared in Circles and Sessions represents personal experience and lived knowledge — not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. WITHIN explicitly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on shared content.
§4. In-Person Safety
For offline/in-person Sessions, participants must meet only in safe, public locations. WITHIN Platform takes no responsibility for incidents arising from in-person meetings arranged through the platform.
§5. Agreement is Mandatory
By registering as a member, creating a Circle, or joining a Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to all terms stated in this WITHIN Code. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
WITHIN Sessions depend on mutual commitment. Unannounced no-shows — by Sharers who cancel sessions without notice, or by Fellows who fail to attend without notice — undermine the entire community.
The following sanctions apply automatically:
A formal warning is issued to your account. This is recorded and visible to administrators.
Your account is suspended for 7 days. You cannot create Circles, join Sessions, or access member features during this period.
Your account is permanently deactivated. You are no longer permitted to use WITHIN under any account.
⚙️ Sanctions are administered by the WITHIN Steward. In urgent cases, enforcement may be applied within 24 hours of a reported no-show. Members may appeal to stewardatwithin@gmail.com within 48 hours of any sanction.

WITHIN is a voluntary, free community built on trust and mutual respect.
1. Voluntary Participation
All participation in WITHIN is voluntary. Fellows and Sharers choose to join, host, or attend Sessions at their own discretion.
2. Free Participation
All Circles and Sessions must be free. No payment, donation, subscription, paid upgrade, or hidden fee is allowed.
3. No Professional Advice Guarantee
WITHIN does not verify professional licenses, degrees, or expertise. Sessions are for community knowledge-sharing and lived experience — not professional advice.
4. Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own choices, actions, safety, and privacy.
5. Respectful Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, threats, or exploitation are not allowed.
6. In-Person Safety
For in-person Sessions, meet only in safe public places. WITHIN is not responsible for incidents arising from in-person meetings.
7. Data
WITHIN aims to collect and store minimal data. User data will never be sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
8. No Identity Requirement
Participation does not require a profile photo, legal name, or facial visibility. Face-free participation is welcome.
9. Changes
The Steward may modify or discontinue WITHIN if needed to protect the community and preserve the free promise.

WITHIN was built on a simple idea: knowledge without hierarchy. The most valuable things people know were never taught in lecture halls or sold behind paywalls. They live in ordinary people — in what they have practiced, remembered, and lived.
The Steward does not take credit, seek public attention, or profit from WITHIN. Their only role is to keep this space safe, free, and true to its purpose.
